Shipping fees

Courier delivery: SGD$5

To ensure best quality of our products, we prefer to have them delivered via courier.

Green packaging

We offer the option of eco-friendly, green packaging for a SGD$3 off your shipping fee. All you have to do is select “Green packaging” option (under Shipping Option) when checking out. =)

We will use used poly mailers, bubble wrapper or boxes that we have collected to ship your items. Don’t worry, all used packaging are in very good condition and clean. If you would like to donate the used packaging, closing up the loop, you can donate them to @package.pal, who will redistribute used packaging to businesses.

Is there any exchange/return policy?

Like any food product, due to safety and hygiene purposes, we are not able to accept returns. However, should there be any unexpected defects, drop us an email at info@iamhealth.sg and we will be glad to exchange the product free of charge.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS & SPEEDS

We are currently shipping only within Singapore, but we have plans to ship internationally soon. If you’re overseas and want to buy our products, drop us an email and we will do our best to help!
